This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is an integral part of the User Agreement.

 

Relationships related to the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of information about users of the Website are governed by this Policy, the User Agreement, other official documents of the Site Administration, and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

 

By registering on the Site and using it, the User expresses their agreement with the terms outlined in this Policy. In case of disagreement with this Policy, the User must immediately cease using the Site and its services.

 

The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary for the Site Administration to fulfill its obligations to the User.

 

Terms and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Site Administration does not require the provision of personal data, but in cases of voluntary provision by the User, it may store only the personal data necessary for contacting the User.

The personal information of the User may be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

- Identifying parties within agreements and contracts with the Site Administration;

- Communicating with the user, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

- Improving the quality of services on the Site, the convenience of the Site, developing new Site features;

- Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

The Site Administration stores the personal information of Users in accordance with internal regulations

Regarding the personal information of the User, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision of information by the user for general access to an unlimited number of people.

The Site Administration may transfer the personal information of the User to third parties in the following cases:

- The User has consented to such actions;

- The transfer is necessary within the User's use of the Site;

- The transfer is required by Ukrainian or other applicable legislation within the established legislative procedure;

- Such transfer occurs within the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations for compliance with the terms of this Policy regarding the received personal information are transferred to the acquirer;

- To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Site Administration or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement.

When processing the personal data of Users, the Site Administration follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

Procedure for Enactment and Amendments to the Policy

The Policy comes into effect upon publication on the Site and remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new Policy.

The current version of the Policy is a public document.

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Policy. When making changes, the Site Administration notifies users by posting the new version on the Site at a permanent address.

Continued use of the Site by the User after the Policy is posted in a new version or after the Policy is posted in a new version is considered the User's acceptance of the Policy in full.

Types of Personal Data

Personal data of Users include information provided by Users and is minimally necessary for registration on the Site.
